Originally from East Otago, I graduated from the University of Otago in 2018 and have worked in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy settings ever since. My passion for understanding how people move and perform led me to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Physical Conditioning, and I’m currently working towards a Master of Sports Physiotherapy.
In 2025, I relocated to Nelson to join the Tasman Mako in the NPC after gaining experience with Otago Rugby and the Highlanders. These experiences have shaped my approach — combining the demands of high-performance sport with practical, evidence-based rehab that works for everyday athletes too.
I’m passionate about helping people at every level — from weekend warriors to aspiring and professional athletes — recover from injury, rebuild confidence, and return stronger than before. My treatment style blends hands-on therapy with gym-based rehabilitation, always tailored to the individual in front of me.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me drinking coffee, walking my dog and enjoying the sunshine. In the winter you will catch me on a netball court or the side of a rugby field.
